It was the birthday of Babusya I made her her favorite dessert: a banana pie.

Ingredients :
- a puff pastry (250 g)
- 6 bananas
- 2 limes
- 20 g of butter
- 100 g brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of rum
- 60 g grated coconut (I didn’t put it because I don’t like it)
- 2 pinches of cinnamon powder
Method :
- Cut the bananas in half lengthwise.
- Pour the sugar into an ovenproof pan and heat it without stirring. Once melted add the butter then the ruhm and the lemon.
- Arrange your bananas and cook for 5 minutes
- Cover them with your puff pastry by sliding the edge towards the inside of the mold, along the walls.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and wait 5 minutes before unmolding
- Serve the pie, sprinkling it with grated coconut accompanied by vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. Add some chocolate sauce and you have a banana split pie!
